Learn Color Management

We just found out about a new one-day workshop on color management by photographer and author extraordinaire, Andrew Darlow. 

You'll walk away with a practical working knowledge of how to make profiles, use the latest color management hardware / software and learn a bunch of technical info on all the printers. 

Andrew will load you up with Moab paper samples and a workbook so you'll never forget his tips and tricks.

Our buddy Andrew Darlow, photographer and author of two books, including 301 Inkjet Tips and Techniques: An Essential Printing Resource for Photographers, will be teaching a full day workshop on both Saturday and Sunday, August 28 and 29, 2010 at Nancy Ori Studio in Berkeley Heights, NJ entitled: Fine-Art Inkjet Printing with Lightroom.

Moab Paper (Booth #630) Moab recently unveiled some great looking portfolio books named ICE NINE, in 8×9 and 12×13 inch format. Also, the company has a great sample rack with their entire photo line. I made a print for their booth this year, and the company printed up a card with one of my photos and a partially excerpted tip from my book, 301 Inkjet Tips and Techniques. I also recommend checking out the Moab Somerset Photo Satin 300 paper, as well as the amazing botanical image by Barbara Bordnick printed on the company’s Moenkopi Japanese Washi. Very impressive.
